My 07 apex vs all current 800's

I had a blast last weekend running on a small lake . The distance was about 1300-1400 feet. I run all afternoon and never lost to and 800 at the end of the lake. Some of the 800's would kick my #*$&@ in 660, but we weren't running a short race, thank god.

Nice vids, some good races and impressive wins. Doo 800's are quick sleds in 1000-1300 ft...you handled them easy.

Awesome videos, I raced my stock 03 Rx1 this year all day on the lake against a lot of sleds, did decent for a stock heavy tank. We only raced around 700 feet, I beat everybody 2 times and most of the time I was 4th or 5th out of 10 sleds, mostly 800 ski doos, an 800 polaris and a couple Apex's. I can't wait to pick up my new 06 apex gt and ride it next year, it already has a clutch kit.

Awesome!! Evil how many miles have you got on that apex? It seems to be really strong.

I have about 10500 miles on it.
The funny thing about the mods the sled has, well it much less than the local guys think I have. I heard some of them say, it's got to have nitrous, or it's got cams and a fuel controler. All that it has is a modded airbox a home made design, gutted muffler, 22/38 gears, cr10ek plugs, dragon fly ramps loaded really heavy on the tip and the outer heal, witha 47/43 cam with a white spring.
All simple stuff, and it's fun as hell racing it.

Two out the 3 for sure were turboed. The one I was clsest to might not have been a turbo. The white one was crazy, it might be around 400ish hp. the fastest thing on that lake that day.

What year is your Apex and track length?

Mine is a 2007 with a 121.
