there are a couple spots to put them. i added 2 sets, one on the inside of the rails mid area and one on the outside towards the rear. one set would probably do it.
arctic cat p.n. 6639-184 (5.63 wheels set of two) countrycat.com/ $69.95
That's not too bad of a price...

Kinda like this
I notice you have the 12L black gas can. I have the same one and I'm thinking of mounting it. Do you have any full pictures of your sled so I could see how it looks. Just not sure if I'll like because it's a big square! Lol

Geese!! Ya I'll pass at that price. I'll just burn off stock sliders then upgrade to the really good ones which are supposed to last a very long time!

Love my LTX-DX!!
I ran the 4 &6 " last year, but have just put the 6 & 6" on last weekend and am going to run them for the rest of the year to try them.
Now that my warranty is up, I've added the Hurricane Power Upgrade Kit. I'm coming off of 3 previous Apexes, and I did miss some power last year.
With this kit, man what a difference!! It's obviously not a turbo, but I don't that much HP, I just wanted an extra 18, and it's fine!

PS - Check out the luggage bag pic in my avatar. It holds a ton of stuff and more. Used on 3 day saddlebagger last year with no issues. And oh yeah....add the flares before you ride!!! You won't be sorry!!

It's hard to see the bag in your avatar. Is it a yamaha bag?
I think I'm definitely going to be adding those flares...can't be too much money and it sounds like they'll keep the snow down a lot.
This year I'm just running everything stock. I probably won't even adjust anything, short winter as it is so I just wana ride if I can! I'll make adjustments next year for sure though.

My buddy just picked up the same sled last weekend, well 2015 left over model, but looks just like it. he paid 10k out the door which seemed like a steal. I took it for a spin and the only complaint was the hunting around real bad. Felt like my RX before the suds and dooleys. We ran them several times and he gets the jump on me which I feel is the longer more aggressive track, however I can pass him at top end where the extra cylinder comes in handy. He has not had any time to do any adjusting to it yet, however it is pretty impressive off the line and picks the skis up almost two feet on launch. I love the look and color of sled, just cant seem to bring myself to part with one of mine to upgrade since mine seem to want to run forever. I told myself I would never buy another sled since the ones I have will last forever and there is very little resale value left in them, maybe 2500 max, Hmmm what to do......
