Personally, I'm not too keen on the color combination either, but it's cool that you're into it. Wish I was too, as I have some orange C&A's but I can't get myself to use them on this sled. Nothing wrong with personalizing your sled to match your taste. However, since you asked the question over the entire forum, you shouldn't get defensive when people answer.

nice sled maddog...i like that blue chrome windshield with the yamaha sticker on...looks sweet. my dad has some white additions onto his sled...looks pretty nice. to add onto what u said twomorestrokes...i like personalizing my sled, or should i say making it look different. im dissapointed on how ppl rate my sled....but very interesting watching how many ppl look at my sled when i'm pullin it out of the trailer or up into a gas station. guys drivin new machs and firecats checkin it out....makes ya feel pretty good. i guess i set myself up for disapointment

Perhaps, but oh well. Like I said, it's cool that you personalized your sled to set it apart from others. I'm far from the know-it-all of what looks good...just answered your question. Mine probably appears quite boring to others, since it looks basically stock. Thinking about polishing the aluminum this summer and maybe a blue flap, but headlight covers are not legal anymore in my area.

yeahi have to take my headlight covers off everytime we head up there...or if i nkow that im gonna go across the border, then i just leave them at home or in the trailer

Thats why its called different strokes for different folks,color is optional, we all like something else,some like more color,some less,some none at all,all black sometimes looks cool,and sometimes boring,whatever gets it done for ya,hey kid nice job,if you like it,thats all that matters,and it does catch your attention...
