My summer project

I meant 4 u just to make a bulge in the tunnel so the the can is just raised so that the under side is even with the tunnel protectors and still have the under tunnel exhaust.

update on the build

Here it is all done and waiting for the white gold. I ride alot of marginal conditions where you need to run studs so I re did the the tunnel and exhaust, capped it with come carbon fiber for a heat shield so it does not melt the seat.

I was going for the same thing with the under tunnel exhaust and gas can. I gave up on it. Had it all built and ready. Just way to loud for me.

Here's another idea for the tail lights

I like those tail lights very nice. Is that the exhaust can off a nytro? I was going to do that but it was louder than the can I have now, plus much heavier.

How much higher is the seating position with that seat? It seem to be way higher then stock? I find your seating too high on the stock seat as it is?

No its a Skinz Supper Q shorty. Goes with their seat kit but, I didn't want the small seat. Plus with having the gas can on the tunnel I needed a side exit tip.

If you hit my signiture picture it will take you to my Photobucket page, if you want some more views.

Skins claims 2" taller but its probably 3". picture 19 and 20 in photobucket show the difference in the two seats. Had the camera on a tripod to keep the same view between the two pics.

wow there is a big difference in height. Looking at your pics, the front seems to gain at least 4" up to the gas gap and a good 3" in the rear. I'm just wondering how the sled will feel at high speed? I'm sure for ditch banging or climbing hill it would feel ok. I'm also wondering how much colder it will be if any?

Its not going to be any colder than the stock setup was. My seat from WRP is 3 - 3.5 inches taller than stock and very firm. Im a tall guy and the leg angle is great with this seat, especially going from sit to stand. I do about 70% groomed trail and 30% off trail, Cant wait for snow to try it out.
