So what is the deal on wet left foot syndrome. Wore my leather shoes today and I was able to wringe the water out of my sock when I got home. I have heard about this, but today was the first time it got me. Is there airflow off the belt that is throwing moisture? Any inexpensive cures or is rubber boots the answer?

Go on shmidt bros they have a fix plus its a belly pan protector if your belt blows....I got one and it works

Rubber boots are the answer.

That Schmidt Bros Clutch Guard and Left Wet Foot Plate is pretty sweet !!!
Check it out!!!

I wear my lined Ice fishing boots all the time and never have to worry about it!

I never had problem myself but I blow a belt and took out the lower panel and that thing Yamaha put in there plus my footwell all got bent up...so I put this in to protect everything....plus it got a little :bling in there now

Schmidt bros guard is a nice piece. The added protection on the bottom is worth it alone. I still have a little moisture on my foot but greatly reduced. I wear klim boots so just the boot gets wet, not my foot....
