Didthe same on mine. Caulked every hole and opening I found. Seemed to work well.

Calk them sumbiotches up and run the bead back several inches along the exhaust shield under the seat. It is real obvious once the seat is removed. No more leaks. The little alum fix from yammie dont work so remove it so it dont fuk up ur clutches when your belt blows.

i have a few pictures of my seat off but I'm not sure what or where i should be caulking. Please help, I hate having wet/cold feet!

I use a good water proof Pac-boots. My feet are always dry.
