Now that my header is fix ,I have a burble at take off.I have the stock 17.5 pilots in and 2 turns on the air screws .I put the 135 mains in and she burbles all the way to top end .Replace them with 132.5 and much better but still burbles for thr first 200 ft and good from there. So I change to 130 mains and still burbles for the first 50 feet.
I change the needles from rich all the way down to lean and still the same.I have a stewart warner air/fuel ratio gauge that reads lean, stoichiometric, rich. She is all ways on the rich side no mater what I do.
Should I go down to 127.5 jetting and see what happends. My carb caps are seal and so is the ts,I put some air in and test with soap water .She hits 16 psi and stays there all the way.I run low comp pistons with 170 to175 psi on all cyl.Leak down 8 %

You have after market tees? If it is real cold make sure you have the colant on to the carbs.

Is the burble all the time or if you ride it and let it be complely warmed up, does it still do it? Even if you let it set for a few minuetes moisture seems to condesate in the charge tub. It takes a bit to warm the sled and clear the moisture out.
Run it for a couple of miles, stop, and wick and see what happens!

I have a cpr turbo set for 16 psi and this is what I did ,130 mains with 1 1/2 air screws and stock pilot jet with needles lean out all the way .At -3 the sled would burble for just 10 feet out and then clear out ,when the temperature drop to -10 it went away .So what is up with that? This is at sea level at 200 ft

You dont have any coolant going to them at all? If so my sled in the cold would stall are run VERY VERY bad all the way to top end.

At 15deg I have found condensation in my carbs under the top caps in the rubber that was starting to turn to ice. FYI

sounds to me like you are rich on the pilot circuit. Try adjusting your pilot jet screws. when the temp dropped the air got denser and it ran okay.
Edit: Try turning your air screw in a half turn

Guy's Very important to keep in mind that different turbo systems will require different jetting so don't cross jet between brands.
There are so many things that affect jetting you wouldn't believe it.
Each must jet his own sled to a wide band and plug readings.
Every elevation will be different also.
If your sled tells you it is rich you must make a correction and same goes for lean.
There are some tricks you can do with the signal hoses but it is complicated and extremely dangerous if you don't know what your doing.
It would be best to just jet accordingly
