Not a good day

either your needle and seats are leaking,(remove intercooler and power up fuel pump, then look for fuel pushing into carbs, check float heights for proper levels) your return line is pinched or restricted(check fuel pressure to carbs, should be 3.5 to 4.5 lbs) or your carbs are way out of sync.(resync them)

Will I found the problem today.I remove the intercooler and the slides would move at different times when I would blow in the hose. Most times the slides would stay half way down.I race the f8 two times and he did not come back. There were a few 1000 mods there and it was no problem beating them at 12 psi.I have a little burble at take off for 1 to two seconds only.At 12 psi with 100 ll av gas with 130 mains and 17.5 pilots jets with 3 turns on the pilots screws the plugs are on the lean side all the way throught to top speed. The air/fuel ratio gauge reads rich all the way throught .There must be something wrong with it.Should I go up on mains and pilot jetting?THANKS

If you are running race gas the A/F sensors don't last very long. If it's a new unit then you need to drop a size or two on the mains ;)!

YOU ARE NOT RICH AT 130'S DO NOT LEAN IT DOWN OR ENGINE DAMAGE WILL OCCUR. JEFF

Hey Blue half open slides? give bit more info if you could what was the the fix if you fixed?

If your idle mixture screws are 3 turns out , that's likely why you have a burble off the line . Mine is 2 turns out on mine , and my bender turbo is 1&1/4 turn out , cleaned it right up.

I sand the edges down a tab,now they are fine.Jeff, I put 137.5 mains in and 22.5 pilots with 2 turns on the fuel screws. Can t wait to try it again.

The 22.5 pilots are fine and clean up my bottom end.The 137.5 mains are way to rich .She would burble all the way throught to top speed. How can your turbo run on larger jets without being this rich?I want to run over 12 psi but I am on the lean side.

I ran 130s in mine at 13 lbs for short distances. All the burbleing I have heard on Turboed RX-1s have been related to either to much, or to high of octane fuels. I would put in 132.5s or 130s and try it. Michael, call me when you get a chance. 715-544-0352. Thats the businesses new phone #...BBY

Yea put 22.5 pilots in way to fat! Think i will stick with close to stock! 1 1/2 turns on fuel srews. 135 mains fat up top mid good! Needles up one!
Bender kit 500 bender jet.

idle 11.00
2000-6000 rpm 10.2-10.5!!
7000-9000 rpm 12.0 12.5

If you change the lines to the CV's you will be able to go down on your mains and have your mid range stay good.

Yea buddy, sounds like i will do that i did want to try some lighter springs i have frist.

Thank you Skydog

Today I hit 109 mile per hour in 800 ft on the gun with 12 psi and 22/38 gearing .This is on hard pack snow with no studs.Working very good after I put it back to the stock head gasket .Should have left it stock from the first place. Now she runs with out having the burble from take off.
