Hello alll,
Can someone please provide a PDF service manual for a 91 Big Bear or at least provice info as to where I may be able to obtain one.
I am new to the forum, and fairly new to ATV's in general, and have recently had a 91 NEAR MINT Bear given to me after my dad and his girlfriend decided to get an 07 Bruin. I think the main reason he/they upgraded is because they wanted an automatic.
I've been using this thing for the past couple seasons for weekend outings. It is in over all great shape and has seen very little use. Heck it still has the original tires which could probably go for some time yet but plan to replace them with Bear Claws being I don't do much mudding.
One item of interest is lighting. Have any of you swaped out the original bulbs for helogens? I only had the thing out once or twice on a night run and refuse to do any further driving at night till I can get something done about the candles. Never in my life have I seen anything so poorly lit. Tonight I checked another site with a MF and was shocked to see that these things have 25/25W for lighting. I'd like to swap the OEM bulbs in lieu of PIAA and also get a set of PIAAdriving lights to agument the high-beams. Any suggestions in this department would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
