Need Advice....

So I fixed the reverse. It ended up being the linkage. The manual says 27mm but I ended up adjusting it all the way out to 34mm which kind of scares me. Re checked the skid and found nothing wrong. I'll just ride it with the noise if you guys insist it's just the transfer rod. Does it sound like a big clunking noise? Because that's what it does to me. Almost as if the track binds up. My dads attack has a small clunking noise but no where near as bad but he does have a 136. Has anyone found a way to eliminate the noise or make it a little more bearable?

Linkage is likely slightly bent, resulting in the need for the over adjust. The limiter clunking freaks everyone out at first. I believe someone on here disassembled the limiter and incorporated rubber cushions into it's design. As for the battery my wife's '06 has 11,500 miles and I just replaced it at the end of last season, it seems that Yuasa batteries generally survive 6-7 years. The engines in these sleds are nails the rest is well ......a sled, while they are well built they require maintenance that in turn requires time and money.

I did now! Thanks those are both really helpful. I plan on trying to make some rubber bushings to eliminate some of the problem. Ill check back in once I have finished
