hello, my brother bought a 2011 RTX this winter. we put a 1.75x121 back country track on it, 6 excell wheels, extrovert drivers, power comander 5 with a great strong tune, mbrp exhaust, and 3 2 inch air box pods in the cover. dropped 1 tooth on the top, and put a different spring in the primary, we didnt change primary weights, or secondary wrap. he weighs about 130 or 140 pounds with suit, back pack, and soaking wet hahaha, he tops out at 145, at 8950 rpm on hard pack (1 mile lake, not on groomed trail, but hard pack were everyone else drives, even on groomed trail on a straight away he still tops at 145km/h. but off trail, rpm's stay at 8950, but speed drops to 105-110kmh. this isnt powder fields, just soft 6-8 inches of soft snow ontop of hard pack. our dealer told us to put the 21 top gear back in, and add "33's" to the primary clutch. we live at 1600ft elevation, central saskatchewan.
what should we add for weight and where in the primary
what should the wrap be on the secondary,
should we put the bigger top gear back in the chain case?
info:
mostly all off trail, "ditch banging"
1600ft elevation central sask
agressive rider, that loves speed
130-140pounds WITH gear, ready to ride
sled
2011 RTX
121x1.75 back country
mbrp slip on
3 2inch pods in air box lid
power commander with tune for the exhaust and intake, sled runs awesome at all rpm's
extrovert drivers
6 excell wheels
thanks for your help
