measured it 4.48 volts , checked all connections n nothing looks bad , battery at 12.4

had motor out to fix cracked header n ran perfect before that n only has 2000 miles on

and it turns over but dont start , checked battery , checked ground on motor , took it out wiped it off , tested it with switch off n says 0.00 , with switch on reads 4.48

Its hard to say even though the sensor does read the correct voltage, the sensor could still be defective, but I'm going to guess that something else is causing the issue.
Have you checked the ground on your piggy back box? The sensor signals pass through that, and if it's not grounded, it won't pass the signal through. I've done that one a couple times, it's an easy one to miss.

Just something to check but cam sensor and speed sensor have the same plug!! Ask me how I know
