Hey man, that's a Duramax. Only good things can be said about a Duramax.![]()
Your both wrong she is a 6.0 liter gas GMC and she isn't pretty but mechanically perfect and there isn't much that can touch it on the highway! Just picked the Phazer up turns out it was a plug and wire.... I feel pretty stupid but I'm use to 2 smokes total different ball game when something gives out.

with your sticking issue I recommend pulling skid out to change shocks, and while its out pull out all the shafts that the suspension moves on. Inspect them for warping or damage. This will make the skid stick also. I had 2 worn bushings and 1 damaged shaft.
perfect time to re-grease as 1 of the nipples is very hard to get to while the skid is in the machine. Also very easy to change any idler wheels if bad. An impact driver makes these tasks very easy.
you won't believe the difference properly valved shocks make

I did get my shock and what a difference! Thanks for recommending Chris he was very helpful. I only got a small test run on it but you can really notice the difference. Just finished putting new C&A's on as well only thing left to do is a track swap next year and I think Ill have a whole new sled haha. Unfortunately I couldn't grease and check everything I will have to do that when I swap my track didn't have the room to do it when I had to swap the shock out with the sled in the box of my truck. They are calling for rain tomorrow so I would say we are going to a lot of snow but fingers crossed the run I have planned for the 29th still goes ahead that might be my next and last run this season.
