2010 nytro tors 84 code replaced rectifier checked wear thru wire areas all good checked voltage at crankcase sensor is 2 had a loose wire at ignition connection does have a bad battery as well but have a jumper box on it so it has constant juice did my cable adjustments they are good I have 16 percent throttle off and 96 open settings are good even with jumper box on will it still throw tors and will loose ignition wire throw tors charging system is working too

Jumper box? I think I'd replace battery. Start there.

I believe manual calls for 1 - 2 mms of free play at ur throttle. If you have too much or too little, it'll affect ur TORS. I'd replace the battery too.
