Been building my 09 Nytro MTX this last month. Need help with the Van Amburg radiator delete and tunnel install. I have the tunnel mounted and and running my radiator lines. I think i have it right but i'm not sure. Van Amburg doesn't have instructions or pics of their kits to go by. Anyone have any pics or instructions? I want to make sure i get the lines correct.

I Put on a Van amburg tunnel, avid drivers, 162" CE, and 19/42 gearing along with the OFT rolloverkit, timbersled rear skid. will post pics of the build soon. It's turning out sweet. Just have to do the steering relocator, barkbuster front end with Fox floats, strengthen the sub frame and should be done for this year at least. Boost next year hopefully.

Take some pic's of what your talking about so we can see what lines your talking about. If your talking about deleting the regular radiator then all you have to do is put a coolent bottle in its place and your lines that would normally go to your MTX cooler would go to your ve heat exchanger. They are just hooked in series so you can just eliminate the radiator. From what I have seen with there front cooler delete kit is that VE should be embarrassed of there lack of instructions and very poor coolent plumbing. So I'm scared to see what there radiator delete kit looks like.

how do you post pics on this forum? it's not the main radiator but the front tunnel cooler delete and hoses run from theer tunnels wich have side rail coolers that run to a bypass under tunnel cooler and out the other side. it's great craftsmanship just poor customer service on the instruction side.

Photobucket for pictures, then just copy the image address and paste it here.

I think I'm gathering what your saying but don't know the answer, post up some pictures.

The build looks really good! I'm going up to 8 tooth avids when I have some extra money to burn just because there is plenty of clearance and they should be more efficient plus better Approach angle. On the coolent bottle I'm using a ski doo 800 rev bottle since it has 3 ports and I don't have to use VE's tee for my t-stat bypass.

i would have done that same thing if i hadn't put in huge whole in the front tunnel cooler to begin with. I may still have to get rid of the front radiator just becasue i'm adding so much cooling with the double bypass cooler and running board coolers. won't know till i get to ride.
