I know some members have done this or put a Doo or Polaris skid in there sled. I remember People saying to take measurements from the donor sled. Not sure how and what measurements to take. Looking for some advise.
Well I personally have not done one yet but from what I have read, you need to base all your front to back measurements from the centre of the drive axle. You also need to measure the top of the tunnel down to the mounting location.
I am not sure if the guy I am buying the skid from still has the sled. The suspension is coming out of a 2009 Z1 Turbo LXR.
I have a friend that has a 2009 Z1 Turbo Snow Pro. Not sure if the measurements are the same or not. Not sure what I will have to do for mound plates/brkts. Time will tell.
