Need to narrow up the front end on my 13 Apex se

I am wondering if an 06 Apex MTX front a arms will work on my 2013 se ? TIA

If I am not mistaken, Yamaha changed the spindle geometry on 11 and up Apex sleds.
The arms will bolt up to the bulkhead but you might need the spindle housings also

No problem, and you need the spindels.

What would be the down fall of using my se shocks ?

I would swap an 2008 MTX complete narrow front end with a arms, steering arms, spindles, and choice of fox floats or I think I have a set of the basic coil over shocks of the right length.

May or may not be a downfall. The shorter arms move the shock mounts inward, so longer SE shocks will raise the nose of sled. This could possibly exceed reach of sway bar links.

Thanks, but I want to keep my parts. I have an 06 apex for parts, no shocks. I am going to give it a try.
