Hi I put a ECP and evac on my rx1 a few weeks back. Left the wifes stock but not for long. Just spent a week rideing the northern canada maine border. Perforamce is a great improvent super responce much quicker and slight top end gain. Its also down one tooth on top compaired to wifes stocker. still pulls it top end. I havent had bare hard ice run yet there the top may be different. Biggest suprise was over 600 miles I averaged 15.9 mpg. and her stock 14.1mpg. and she rides like a bit abouve avarage woman. she will hit it hard up to like 80mph. I on the other hand ran many 5 mile rail bed runs racing a 900 fusion in our group. from a stop i would gain about 3 to 5 lenths on him and then we could go 4 miles as deed even as i have seen two sleds run. at 60 mph I would let him hit it and then i would and same thing i could stay right there but could never seem to quite get buy him, same if i got a slight jump on him from 60mph he could never pass on me. I am happy buy one

I had a pionner performance clucth kit in it before ecp. it is stock weights and a spring with same starting rate and a bit softer on shift. secondary spring stock and custom multi angle heilx. it works great for me. stock engagement with out ecp used to go to 10000 and stay there. with ecp goes right to 10,200 and creaps up to 10,400 very quickly. and just stays there I am also geared down 1 tooth, run a ripsaw 1.25 with 144 woodys mega bites down the middle.

Pioneer Clutch
Can give me a detailed description of what you like and don't like about that clutch? I have been considering it for some time. Do you have the helix also?

I am a hevy ridre 275 geared up, the pionner kit works great for me, It inclueds wider rollers primary spring and custem helix, the rollers are the same as they went to in 04. It has nice soft engagement stock rpm much better back shift. and when i put it on i had the stock 03 track and traction was bad but throttle responce or back shift was great. It worked great stock seen 130+ on the dream meter. But with the ecp it works even better i picked up 200, to 400 rpm. it came with tuning rivets for weights but i never messed with them, I am sure i could have got the r's up with them. but the ecp gives it a bit more nuts you can see it by the rise in rpm. I would buy again, but i have never tried anyone else kit. its cheap mony well spent for me.

The reason the fuel mileage has increased is due to the fact that before you had to push the throttle open lets say 3/4 to maintain 60 MPH. Now to do the same 60 MPH, you need only to open the throttle 1/4 way. This is despite the fact that you have amuch larger main jet and the fact that the stock airbox power/torque curve is very offending thereby making the clutches up and back shift for pretty much the whole RPM run to peak.
