I came across a new exhaust for the Phazer- it uses a Cherry Bomb Turbo Muffler and mounts up just like the stock muffler. It's supposed to be a little louder than stock- not sure on weight loss or hp gains. Retail is like $299. What do you think? What else is out there and what do they cost?

I decided to go with the Hauck kit, couldn't wait any longer. The exhaust is really a kick in the pants, not to loud...but gives a real nice throaty sound. We will see how well it works come snowfall... ;)!

Seems that all the different manufactures of aftermarked exhaust for the phazer claims around 3-5 hp gains. Last year I tryed a muffler from speedtech (swedish aftermarked exhaust company) on my fx. It was "full flow" design. It was way to load and I did not notice any powerincrease at all so I went back to stock pipe. But if it havent been so terrible load I would have kept it on, better looking and not so heavy as the stock one.

I also added the ulmer clutch kit and the 1,5" freeride track and those two mods really was a HUGE improvement from what this fx peformed stock.
