Yeah, sitting in the garage! LOL
Well, just about done, got some ginger bread stuff, beauty pieces and what not but you will get the jist,
made my own tunnel, Van Amburg bumper, ski doo tail light ski doo XP seat and tank conversion, 144 cobra tack, 10 tooth drivers, and some other things I can't tell the masses about. Also 3" exhaust and Believe it or not out side the exhaust is not as noisy as the old hindle set up I ran, Much deeper tone.
I plan on adding the discs to it to make it even quieter, Now I have a dyno day set up @ Hurricane I want to see what the power difference is with and without the supertrapp discs.

That turned out AWSOME! I love that tunnel - nice work

What did you do with the fuel tank sender - did you use the one from Ski-Doo - or did you go with no fuel tank sender?

I found a guy that took the stock yamaha sending unit and made it work onto the skidoo sending unit. I just have to adjust the float arm. Once I get it back I will post up a picture.
Ron @ Quantum Velocity Performance in Alberta did it for me. I saw that he did a few of these XP tank conversions before.

Pretty cool aja
TT if you have the Yamaha sender it's no problem to make it work mounted on a Doo tank. Some fabricating and aircraft grade sealer and you're done with it. If you want to make it work send your stuff out west and we'll fix it for ya

Thanks guys, seat cover will be in this week hopefully, got the 2008 summit X cover, has a blue and white stripe on it, and ordered up some black plastic coated mesh to fill in all the gaps between the seat and gas tank cover. I will post up the finished stuff #*$&@ well.

Got my seat cover on and found some nylon mesh to cover up the tank. Getting closer, just got couple hundred picks to put in and we be ready to go...
Well all finished up, sitting in the snow!!
Got to put on about 150 miles on her this past weekend. Went with stage 4 Injectors from Hurricane, so all weekend was tuning RB3, getting close, still have some fuel to pull out. Running 10.5 wot and 11's at cruise. Will get it fully dialed in Christmas.
One thing is for sure, Need4speeds header and 3" Exhaust combo works great. Boost comes in like a hammer. Instant spool up and 0 lag. Also Rode enough loose snow to fall in love with the cobra track, Great set up so far. This sled never stood up on its tail in the loose snow until now. So I got some suspension work to do as well.
Exhuast really isn't that loud. I seen a Nytro with a Yoshi pipe on it and that was louder then mine, The old Hindle set up I ran was louder to. One thing for sure though is I need a heat shield, Burn my bibs in one spot!!...LOL...
I will get a good run against my old mans sled to see the gains with 3" pipe. Last run was 2-4 sled lengths in front of him.. Hoping to see more gains this year. I am shooting to see 120-125 on snow in a 1000'...Big hopes but I think I will nail it this year!!!!

Great work aja636
Well had to do some changes to the exhaust, to much weight and being a solid pipe vibrated to much and cracked the header, got everything welded back up and put a 4" flex on the exhaust and hard mounted muffler to the chassis, while we were there we made some new heat shields.
Also I broke out some metal fab skills and made some hood scoops
