New rail replacement

Just bought new rails for an '06 Apex. The track tension brackets that mount to the rails did not come attached to the rails but they are in a baggy with the rivets. I'm pretty handy, but how to I attach those rivets? What special tool do I need? AM I better off taking it to a dealer and having them mount the bracket?

ya they would do it but u could just go and get harden bolts and get the same thing

use a air cheszel and put the hammer in it and hamer the riviet

i put mine on my rail extensions with the hardened grade 8 bolts.
