I think I read the 2006 R1 is tilted more in the bike too. It provides more favorable intake and exhaust flow. It also lowers the CG. It's looking more and more like the 06 bike motor.....We will see in a couple of days...

The servo motor is not for exhaust valves, 4 stroke's do not use them.
It is likely for the power steering !!!!!!!!!!!!

4 strokes do use exhaust valves from 88,and the servo is more than likely adj velocity stack's.

Maybe I'm seeing things, but does that airbox look way smaller than current? Maybe some goodies tucked in there too?

It looks like the frame may be lower than the earlier ones or the motor is tipped back more imo can someome post a pic of a stock 1 id ahve a access to the sled right now
