where did you run the wires? Under the tunnel? if so, how did you secure them and protect them from ice buildup?

also put heat shrink tube onto the connecter for added protection.(not in picture)

On another thread someone used PVC tubing which I thought would be a great idea.

I used the flexi aluminum conduit and u shaped fasteners that I riveted on - this was on my ski doo rev! I also used the romex type 90's - I drilled out my tunnel and used the 90 from the bottom and the nut from the top to secure everything - it held up great over two years - never had a problem. Sorry for the lack of terminology for the fastener names!
