You have a great set up with all the right parts.
I'm not familiar with SC so I can't tell you any more.
I run around 165-170 f and keep the boost out until I'm over 130 f

The Nytro runs warmer. I think your going to be around 190.

190 is pushing it depending in what fuel you're using and what afr's you've tuned for. MPI recommends 180* on the stage1, and make sure the afr's don't go over 12.5 during a WOT pull. I would start a little lower than (11.9~12.2 +/-)that to be safe, and work your way back to 12.2~12.5.
While tuning, always use smooth throttle movements and slowly roll into the power so you can keep a better eye on what's going on with it, as quick or jerky throttle movemnts will only show AFR's that jump all over the place.
Check the coolant mixture as well, as every Nytro I have ever had has been shipped with 100% antifreeze, and would only protect the engine to +15f! You may have to drain half the coolant out and add distilled water to get the protection level down, which will help lower the engine temps. If that doesn't work, seriously consider adding the MTX cooler or Mountaintech.
