Hello!
I´ve been a member on the TY-snowmobile sites for a while now. Just wanted to say hello to all.
Like some of you might know, I work for our national forest and park service called Metsähallitus here in Finland. So, I ride sleds and ATV´s alot in my work. So, basicly I get paid when going out on sled or ATV.
I use our company´s Honda 400 Foreman or my dad´s mid 90´s 350 Big Bear (prefer the Yamaha). I´d like get me a new Honda 420 or the 450 Grizz though, but so far the I have had something else where to spend my money.. LOL
Some scenery
My trailer (I use it on wintertime too (Vmax-4)
Peatlands...
Making lunch...
Co-workers 420 and the ole 350

My ATV-riding is mostly done on old logging roads and on forests / peatlands. So, not that much of an use for big tires or big hp. That is why I´d like get me a new 400 -500 cc ATV. Big enough me.
This region of Finland is mostly Honda country. Rerindeer herders and other professionals just seem to prefer that type of ATV. Yamaha is close second and Polaris then. Cat and Can-Am hold the rear.
This kind of rivers we have here. Salmon and trout on theese.
Cloudberry (contains more vitamin-c than a orange)
I´m stuck on winter road. We log from theese roads when the soil is frozen.
Saltcube for elk and moose. We put theese on forests to keep elk from eatinh pines in winter. Putting theese on right places, we guide animal away from young pine areas.

Well, every time I have time and chance out in the field, I like to make / eat my lunch by the fire.
Some pics from last year.
