I got a set of new GYTR shocks for the front. Had pioneer re-valve the Mono-shock and had the heavier spring installed. Also got Pioneers complete bushing kit. When I tore the sled down the mono shock arms where cracked and rather rusty. I've sent them to Half Baked for the beef up kit. The clutch was missing a button, so I've decided to wait on the clutch kit. I'm also waiting on the 13mm sway bay. Not sure if I'll need them till I ride it. With all that's been done so far I should feel a major improvement in ride and handling.
Lawman, went back to the posts earlier in this thread. I also wish to apologize about the bashing of yammi. Went from Pullaris to yammi. 7 out of nine. These Apex are amazing when you get it dialed in.
I have a bit of work left to do on the sled. Clean and grease the jack shaft and drive bearings. The primary cluch was caked with crud. The secondary is missing a ramp button. I found a set on idler wheels at a swap meet and got new bearings to put in them. New hyfax. Change the oil and filter. plus reinstall everything. I'd taken the front and rear suspenion out all the plastic and seat. Also have to make repairs to the headlight mounts. I made some more work for myself after I had torn it down, I polished a couple spots on the tunnel that had blemmishes. Now I'm polishing the whole sled. I've got about $1200 inparts now. Lucky for me I only payed $3800 for the sled.
