If that was OTD then it's a decent price. Best price I've seen is Highlands Yamaha near Chicago, IL. 9100 plus tax and tags, prep and freight is included in the price.

offer $9400 before taxes, see what that does.
Problem is, Yamaha is out of sleds except for dealer stock.
So if a dealer does not have many sleds left, they wont be in a hurry to discount

I just picked up an Attack for 10,000 otd from a dealer in Flint Mi. It was the last one he had.

Do what I did. Show them Highlands price off their website, then add the 7% Ill slaes tax and 40 doc fee. That's the OTD price. I even went so far as to call highland and ask them there OTD price while at the dealer with the salesman. I don't know how Highland can sell sleds for that price and everyone else is 1,000 + more in their asking price????

Spring Snow check were 9750 otd with the limited snow and getting late in season should be a good offer.

I paid full retail for my RTX ($10,400) but got higher than retail on my RX-1 trade-in. Therefore, I figure with the sales tax savings, I got it for $1000-$1400 off retail, $9000-9400. No way I could sell my RX-1 for anywhere near what the dealer gave me on trade. No freight or prep charges either.
The dealer may be willing to dicker the $400 accessories package (if that's still going). The participating dealers pitch in $200 of the $400...if you don't want any accessories, he may give that to you off the price too.
TT670 - you got a GREAT price at $8700.
