I have an 03 also 128 on the dream meter my guess 105 - 110 in reality the 03's do seem a little faster just ask anyone who's got one LOL. I also have an 05 to compare to. Mine has a clutch kit and ECP and theres no way the wifes stock 05 can keep up. Just relax and enjoy the warriors a great sled and your gonna love the 4 stroke GUARANTEED

Great sled. Dependable & good gas mileage. Fast & fun on lakes and wide open trails, but tiring on tight trails.
Hey! Was at the dealer and checked out your sled, very nice. Sounded nice with those filters. We're going to have some fun this winter!!

Big RXTim - hey bud, how's it going. Glad you made it to the dealer - any luck getting some info about mods for your sled? I really like dealing with the boys up there - good experience so far, that's for sure...

Hey Sledder2, I have an 04 Warrior since new. 7700 trouble free miles. Hangs with my buddy's Mach Z!
I've done some clutching, 4 TPI valves, 160 Main jets, Carb springs, SLP pads.
This year I'm adding Windage Plates
She's a good girl, and she likes to hammer!! The other Hot Sleds are pretty impressed by her ability considering only minor mods. And its a good high speed platform with the long track!

Sledder2 said:First time on forum and first time Yamaha owner. I used to run Cat's (ZL500, ZR700) - I thought I would try 4-stroke. Just bought an 05 RX Warrior Ltd. with ECP kit from dealer. Sled is in mint condition with 5,000 miles, new track, 192 studs, blah, blah. Paid $6,100 CDN. Am I going to be impressed?? How fast? Overall performance? I have already heard from the sales guy at the dealer - I am interested in what you have to say...
I am new at the Yammi 4 stroke thing too. Bought a used 03 with 1000 miles on it. I'd like to find someone in the area of Concord NH who can go through it and tell me what needs to be done to it so I can get it perfect for my father-in-law to take and not have immediate problems.
Are there any good, honest shops that can give it the once-over anywhere in NH?
Thanks
Greg

Secnd winter complete,2200miles plus.Awesome deep snow performance, good fuel mileage(Long periods of open trottle the better).Leave front springs at softest setting for best cornering performance, still can take the big hits.My warrior burns oil now and then so check it often, not too alarming yet.Found wall where the power died of on a NYTRO,no wall on the WARRIOR yet!Just pulls and pulls.
