Hey guys/gals.

So I was out on the weekend for a small ride before racin in MonsterJam AND I ran into a bit of a problem.

Rode for about 25mins.
Stopped at Co-op and fueled up. Premium of coarse.
Got going down the trail again and about 5-6 miles later I was cruising at 70-75 and it was like I chopped the throttle.
The harder I pushed it, the more it bogged and slowed.
I'd back off to half or less throttle and it would pick up again, but far from clean power. 40mph tops and nothing but bog after that.
I'd slow and check for a code and nothing.
Stop and it would idle fine.
Go again with Full Power, then out of the blue, no power.
I checked TORS to confirm it wasn't a rev limiter safety of some sort. NO
Almost feels like a bad plug or coil.
Gave the feel of a 2smoker burn down bog kinda feel.

Any thoughts?

Try swapping out the plugs. While you have the coils out try testing them. I got this out of the service manual.

When the plugs do go its like feels it will never run again, mine did the same from moving it around the shop without warming it up.

Sounds alot like what happened to my Vector last year. The Throttle Body may need a cleaning. Try spraying Carb / Choke Cleaner up the intake. If it goes away or gets better... you need a cleaning.

Even though it is FI the throttle body can get gummed up like a carb.

Sounds like a cleaning job for Bio-Diesel!!
The best penitrating/solvent i've ever used!!
Might even start using it as fuel injection cleaner.

Thanks for the tips!! Going to go for one last rip this weekend before we're toast for snow.
