No headlights at all, have tail lights tho

Headlights crapped out on my 2008 vector . I have no high or low beam lights, but the tail lights work. Unplugged the hid lights and put stock bulbs in, nothing.... High beam indicator is on, but no lights. Thoughts?

I swapped the headlight relay with my brothers 2009 relay, didn’t fix it.

Update, sensitive grounding block...

i was going to say check fuse. blew it when one of my led head lamp bulbs failed.

This grounded block was burnt inside a little, and the minute I touched it boom headlights again
