Guys: I installed yamaheaters yesterday on my sled, they worked great and got a call from rock to make sure everything was ok. And they worked great. I went out today because I wanted to check my exhaust donuts by putting my hands over the exhaust, but the sled is dead. I have no power, but the battery is reading 13 volts. I don't hear the fuel pump turning on. Where is the fuel pump relay? If it's by your left foot, which one is it, there are four down there. Any other help would be appreciated. BTW it's an 07 apex.

My issue had nothing to do with Yamaheaters, but a few weeks ago I went to start my sled....same thing, turn key, no click for fuel pump, no gave lights, no nothing. Put charger on it and charger was telling me battery was good. I left the charger on it for a couple hours and started getting the fuel relay to click and gauge lights. Still wouldn't turn over though. Put a new battery in and everything was fine.
Not sure if that's your issue or not, but my sled had turned over fine just a few weeks earlier. Then went to start and nothing. Sounds similar.

I think the fuel relay is the second from the right, sitting on the sled. You can swap relays, the ones that are the same, to see if it's the one.
I found it. Took it apart and the key switch had somehow become disconnected. I snapped it back together and it fired right up. I text rock, and he got right back to me. I tell ya man, you can't get customer support like that anywhere.
The good news is I found the problem. Bad news is I think my donuts are gone. Put my hands over the exhaust to close it off, and it kept idling without hesitation. Does this sound like the donuts? I didn't hear a leak under the tunnel though. Gonna go check against my 11 apex and see if it does the same thing.
Just put my hands over my 11 apex exhaust. It shut off almost immediately. Time for donuts i guess.

If it shut down immediately, that would mean your donuts are good, not bad.

Disregard. I didn't see your earlier post.
Well I took it apart. Took 35-40 minutes and that was with 5-10 minute wait for wd-40 on the clamps to let them loosen a little. Two donuts were gone, and that corresponded to two clamps that had rotated 90 degrees. Do ya think maybe the clamps just don't get tight enough and the donut gets pinched between the flex pipe and y-pipe? Also, can you run 87 octane in an 07? My 11 requires premium, just not sure on an 07.

87 in 07, 91 in 11! When I did donut's I ground a bit off the spacer where the clamp comes together to tighten them up a bit. Can't hurt!

burnt a ground block in mine earlier this year. I was having touble with the yamaheaters from the previous season. Called rock to get it settled. I had wired it wrong. got set to check it and nothing. Rock was great looked up the wiring schematic and emailed it to me. called back a couple times over the next few days to check on it
