speedo i reading 0 KPH any ideal what to look for?

The bearing of your drive shaft may have went on clutch side and has hit your speedo sensor. Has happened to a few of my Yamaha's.

found problem,, stupid magnet on sensor wont hold on case,,, needed to tape it,, good old silver tape LOL
