2008 Viking Pro: I got off trail, couldn't steer back on, and had right side tipover. Got the sled back onto course. There was some antifreeze leakage in the meantime out the reserve bottle overflow. As I was going back to the tow vehicle, could not keep engine running and there was a no-start the following 1 hour until I decided to walk out (2 miles) to vehicle. Engine would fire & run very roughly on choke, but would not take throttle without stalling. Choke off cranking would not fire up. USFS employees kindly towed me out.
No warnings were ever visible on dash like overheating.
Question: What would I have done next time to get started without having to walk out?

Do they still have frozen throttle cable switch in the handle ??? They
will let you idle and not rev up if pin jammed with ice/snow and would maybe
melted out later on...???

Same thing happened to my Warrior this winter, pretty sure it just flooded out on you. I was able to start mine after holding the partially open and it started after 10-15 seconds of cranking. It ran rough for a few seconds after as well but cleaned up
