no start!!

I just pulled my machine into the shop and she is stone dead... So first i switched out the battery, wrong the battery had loads of charge..... i checked the ighnition switch all is good, so the problem still stands, when i turn the key on nothing happens i mean nothing no lights no noises nothing lol has anyone else had this proplem? or know how to fix it?

normal stuff to check are the kill switch, fuses, ignition switch connector for corrosion (should check all connectors periodically as preventive maintenance) and relays (load control has been problematic).
