I have a 05 rx-1 rear mount turbo I'm looking to put nos on for drag racing. I have a holzman kit off my srx 700 that I want to put on, I have been told that I don't have to add the fuel nozzles just run straight nos for the quick spool up. If this is true how much nos can I run and for how long? Moter has 10;1 pistons with head shim running c-12 any help would be great

i have a rear mount bender kit and was also thinking of running my extra holtzman kit.having it shut off at maybe 5psi or putting it on a rpm switch.anyone have pics of the kit installed on the intercooler?

I would run a wet system, i just put one fogger nozzle in my charge tube just befor the innercooler, you can use it to spool the turbo or use it the whole run, I like to use it for the whole run, so I just have a push button for the silenoids. works good, dynotune has a one nozzle kit for a motorcycle that works good. I just upgraded to the 2.5 lb bottle and didn,t get the fuel pump with it as I am using my electric pump so the upgrade was a wash.

Snowy1, so you ran fuel/no2 silinoids and a fogger nozzle that injected both fuel and no2?
Are you saying that you injected it pre intercooler? No problems with the fuel puddling in the intercooler? Just asking because I'm working out putting together a no2 system as well.

Yes thats exactly what I did, works good, on my nytro I had the same set up on my trx and it worked good as well. I added a boondocker nitrous regulator and jetted for 300psi nitrous and 44 psi fuel, as I don,t want to use a heater, I am running 12.5 a/r,s. only running a 30 hp. shot right now at about 15 lbs boost, but I have jetting for a 50 hp. shot.

So I'm a newbe for nitrous. What does this boondocker Nitrous regulator do? How does it take place for a bottle heater? I know the bottle needs to be a certain temp, but what does the regulator do? It would replace a normal no2 silinoid(sp?)
Also, what fuel silinoid(sp?) did you use?

The boondocker regulator just controls the nitrous pressure at a constant pressure its adjustable from 0-425 psi, the kit I used has one fogger with nos and fuel jet, and nos and fuel silenoid, I just put the boondocker regulator inline after the silenoid to control nos pressure to the jet, if you go to www.dynotunenitrous.com and look at there motor cycle one nozzle wet kit thats the one I used kit#615 it was $379. then another $125 for the regulator from SLP.
