I just saw on TV one of those law firm companies that come on saying if you have been hurt on a yamaha rhino..JUST A RHINO..not polaris or any other UTV..but wtf..i hope yamaha doesn't ton's of claims after this..or thats more money down the drain for them.

They all have been on there at one time or another. no worries mon

Yeah it has to do with the lack of doors on older models all the new ones have the mini doors on them.

99% of all lawyers make the rest look bad....................

Hhahahhah!
Love it Superman! :die L A W Y E R S

Think about this for a second guys, you and I pay every single penny of any and all lawsuits.
That lawyers ad just cost us in sleds, parts, & accessories.

The CPSC (Government - Consumer Product Safety Commission) is currently going after kids sleds, quads, minibikes, etc because of possible lead in them, like the engine, batteries etc.
(Lead is used in most any casting process, like the engine cases.)

Like your kid chews on his sleds engine...
And if he does, makes ya wonder about the parents...

COLDONE: A COUPLE bad ones???
I would like to see a couple GOOD ones!!! lol

Trussman... Hhahahhahhahaha!!!!!!!

Just like Honda back in the day with the three wheelers. Now its all quads!!

Yes, the CPSC was threatened to be cut off from federal funding prior to the CPSC/ATV fiasco, would bet about anything, they have the same funding problem again now.
(The CPSC can claim to be making a difference and make headlines with actions like this, that gets them new funding from congress.)

The lawyers that started the lawsuits with the 3-wheelers actually manufactured evidence (VERY bad for a lawyer to do, VERY illegal).

They were later found guilty of manufacturing evidence, but noone went to jail.
Since the entire "justice" system is run by lawyers, they aren't about to eat their own, so they found the TRIAL LAWYERS ASSOCIATION guilty of manufacturing evidence. (Everyone knew they did it, so they had to do "something".)

An association can't be sent to jail, so that protected the guilty from jail.
Seems to me they were fined $10,000 for the illegal acts, pretty easy to pay from the millions they received from their lawsuits with manufactured evidence.

Funny how it all works...

Everyone hates a lawyer till ya need one. Then you only hate them if they suck and you didnt get what you wanted. lol

There are bad eggs in any profession and it's too bad they have their sights set on Yamaha. It just drives up the costs we have to pay the next time we buy...

Rhino's have seat belts to. Just when people roll them, they have a tendency to stick there foot out, when it starts to roll and get there leg broke, the doors keep your feet in.
