Have an opportunity to buy a new toy but would have to cash out the Nytro so the wife doesn't kill me. What do you guys think my sled is worth now versus waiting until November / December to sell it?
It's a 2009 with about 1500 miles on it - was bought new in December 2010. Has remainder of 48 month YES plan which is good until December 2014. Curves with almost new Bergstroms, all 4 shocks just rebuilt and revalved 300 miles ago by Bruce at Pioneer, has the 1900nM center spring, 144 Gold Digers, Fuel Caddies, tank bag, Schmidt Brothers Block Off Plate, 2" PowerMadd riser; Yamaha Dumbo Ears. Always serviced at dealer and have all receipts - turn key for next year as oil, chaincase oil, etc were changed at the end of the season. It is set up for a fairly aggressive rider in the 6'-6'3" foot range weighing 210#-240# roughly and is absolutely perfect right now.
What do you guys think I'd get now versus November? Thx!

ID say if you can hold on to it , hold on to it. My buddy just bought a XTX with lots of goodies on it from the Rochester area for $4400 it had 2300 miles. Take a look on snowest right now. Ya can't sell anything. Guys sitting on 20-30K sleds can't sell em for 10K??

If the sled package doesn't sell now the skis will be up for sale in the fall. I'll want $475 including the triple points (which are like new - only 300 miles on them - paid $165 for these) and leading edge (which were an additional $85 and installed at the factory). They are black with white loops. Some one who will appreciate this sled ought to grab it. The suspension set up is done right and it handles 100%. One hand on the bar, no twitching or darting of any kind.

You might as well throw the sled up for sale right away, for whatever price you want. With the internet nowadays everyone searches for what they want year round/daily, regardless of the season. Prices don't seem to vary quite as much as they used to, IMO
