I recently extended my nytro using a 128 rail extension and a star suspension skid relocate. I need some more weight transfer. It grips likes crazy but I need some more ski lift. The front end feels way to heavy. Anyone who has done this mod where do you have your limiter straps set at?

I think I your one of the first to do this mod on here that I've seen, so might be the test pilot haha Where is your strap set at now? I would let the strap out all the way if your not already.

I am on my second season with this setup, I found that the front end felt heavy also.
I am running the front limiter strap all the way out, front skid shock about 1/2 threads showing, torsion springs set on soft, and removed the transfer blocks totally. She's a wheelie machine

Put your front strap at the top holes so it's all the way loose and put your rear strap back to the stock location. Should transfer much better like that.

I'm running intense track. I will be going to lutsen,mn this weekend and will be doing some riding. They have had 70" of snow this year so it will be a good test!
I did race 2 700 crossfires and 1 800 crossfire with 136 ripsaws. They all were modded with reeds and pipes. We raced on a lake with about 8" of fresh snow and I beat them by 3-4 sleds lengths!

Intense track too, but thinking about switching out to the Backcountry 1.75, since I ride 95% off trail.

Oops wrong thread
If you do a Star suspension relocate kit, do you need to use the Hartmann rail extension? I thought the Star kit extended it to 128 without extending the rails by simply repositioning he mounts.

The rail extension makes it a 136. Your correct the relocate alone makes it a 128
