I have a 2010 Nytro that keeps blowing the rubber plug out of the chain case cover. Any ideas why this would happen?
I had the whole thing apart to change the track this year so it is all clean, new oil, proper level. This has actually happened a few times over the past few seasons.

The chain case must be pressurizing and pushing the plug out. The plug has notches cut in it to vent the case. Make sure they are clear and if it still pushes out maybe it needs replaced.

I didn't realize it was a vent too. Makes sense now, wasn't sure why the plug was there. I'll have a better look at it and make sure it can vent.
