The plug above the tension bolt on the chain case keeps popping out i changed the top gear a few weeks ago added oil rode it for a few weeks then open the side panel And it was off put it back on rode again a few days later checked it and popped out again what could cause this has this happened to anyone else???

They wear out for one reason or another. Not sure why though. Buy a new one from the dealer and it should solve your problem. It's just a breather and if its not working it gets pushed out from expansion. I had the same problem and a new plug solved it

Make sure the vent slots in your plug aren't plugged.
