Ive dealt fairly extensively with Hauck...as you heard andy...they sell both...they'd have no axe to grind...if you want the filters they got it..if you want the mod...they got it..if they only had the lid saying it was as good as or better than the filters...then I wouldnt trust it..

Has anyone heard the gytr muffler yet? I'm curious what it sounds like and how loud it is

my bud got one. it does't even say gytr on it. its just an ultra q, there was a slip with it that says "for off road use only". it sounds good and not to loud. there are sound clips on skinz site and youtube

A friend of mine had a Hauck exhaust on a 2008 Nytro last year with clutching and gearing. I am not sure what exactly the exhaust was such as pipe and muffler or just one of either.........but he said the sled was fast but loud. He owns a performance shop and is pretty honest about stuff.

Amen, I the Hauck pipe with the quiet core on my Apex...and the pipe was soooo anoyoningly loud...came off the following ride

around here we don't stop for the dnr, just put it on and go
