I am getting ready to put my mcx kit on it should be here by this weekend, so started puling the sled apart to be ahead of the game. looks like the motor has to come out to get to the timing chain tensioner is this the case, all the turboed nytro,s out there and I haven,t heard anybody say any thing about having to pull the motor. any body got any info on this, I had heard this was a much easier install than any other previous sleds, I don,t think so if you have to strip the sled to the bulk head just to put a shim in. looks like the water pump housing needs to come off to clear the bulk head and possibly the mag cover any body confirm this and do I need new gaskets, not too impressed with yamaha,s engineers on this set up.

I was able to pull the back motor mount bolt and roll the motor forward enough to get to the chain tensioner, heads off waiting for turbo.
