Nytro mods done for now Pics

Its an Excell header built for the Vector with a glasspack setup. The snow defector is removable so I can try different configurations.

Thats a good one. You need to see my scrap pile LOL. So far no NOS but still thinking about it. I've only ridden the Nytro 2 days so far (my kid keeps riding it) all the days I've made it out so far this year I've been riding my turbo sled, but now we need a storm bad. If we don't get any new snow I probably won't bother going out but if I do I'll ride the Nytro.

Man, nice looking tunnel. Wondering how much room do you have between the bottom of the glass pak and the top of the track? I am leaning towards a similar setup but have only 3" clearance and am not sure if that is enough. Any suggestions? Thanks

There's lots of clearance on the Nytro. No problems with it hitting. If you use the shorter 1 3/4" muffler vs the 2" it finishes far enough forward that it never contacts the track. As far as the muffler goes I just bought a Dynomax glass pack and attached it to an Excell Vector header. With the snow deflector I made on there I've had 0 issues with snow injestion up the pipe. Total cost for pipe is like 35 bucks. Works killer sounds great and cheap.

How did you mount the expanded metal to the running boards? I like the way it looks and i bet it works well too.
