That is the problem it has to fire on full choke then you have to shut off the choke and then hold the throttle. Maybe too much fuel? It is really not that big of a deal that is why I have not spent alot of time trying to figure it out.

I also did the glass pack but I installed a Samson ($37) bike baffle inside the glass pack to tone it down a bit. How do I prevent snow build up? What are you installing? I read "rockmeister" tips on his install and made a few changes. Not out of the garage yet.
