Nytro S.E. over promised, under delivered?

The only sled that's come close to that recently is the Polaris IQ RR, and that was a one year wonder.

I don't know about the SE, but looking at my XTX I KNOW it won't stand up to the pounding the chassis of my Dragon did, just judging from the diameters of the shocks, the beefiness of the suspension, and the way it's put together. And even the Dragon was pretty tired after two years.[/quote]

Well I definitely don't know about that quote!! I've ridden Poo all of my life and this is my first sled of a different brand and I am super excited for it!! Nothing compares to a Yamaha 4 stroke and if you think the build quality is better on a Poo IQ compared to a Yammi then I'm not sure what you're lookin at!! I have had good success with Polaris in the past but I just think they are getting left behind in the whole technology aspect of things. Although the 600RR was a neat concept and cool to look at, let's face it the sales just weren't there!! I think that is why Yamaha still kept the SE quite rider friendly!! Your hardcore snowcrossers and your wanna be's make up a pretty small percentage of the sled market so to make a truly bare bones race sled that costs a whack of money and is built for only one purpose just isn't in the company's best interest!! Look at all of the mountain sleds that are built nowadays!! As good as they are most of the extreme riders are still ripping them apart and making them the way they want them!! Same goes for the hardcore guys who are or think they are Sno-Xers, buy your race replica and build on it from there!! No manu is ever going to satisfy everybody! I personally think Yamaha did a good job on building the SE and I think the guys that bought them are gonna have lots of fun!! I know I can't wait to get on my X-TX!!!
