I normally ride around my house and keep my sled in a heated garage. Recently on two trips to Idaho (Island Park and McCall) I have experienced some starting issues. Seems that in weather colder than 20 degrees I get the following sequence of events:
1. Turn key one click and hear the fuel pump run
2. Turn key to start and get nothing
3. Do this several times with nothing
4. Keep turning key on and off and to the starting position
5. Finally I get a click (assuming it is the starter relay)
6. Click happens 8-10 times
7. Finally the sled starts like nothing was wrong
I wouldlike to replace the starter relay, but it is showing 3 different relays in the parts break down. Anyone have this issue and know which one to replace???
Thanks,
Steve

Seemslike the clicking comes from under the "hood" and not the right side panel. Make any sense?

In the parts break down there are like 3-4 relays. Any chance I will end up replacing the wrong one? Do you know a ball park figure on cost for the one you replaced?

There is only one starter relay, the others are misc. relays. It costs around $40.
