went to start my sled this weekend and all it would do is click the first couple times i turned the key and then it finally started did this twice this weekend after sitting overnight temps wwere minus five thanks for any help. im thinking starter relay?

Sounds like starter relay, mine did the same thing first year I had it and dealer replaced it with an updated part #. It would eventually start like you said, I guess once power got to the relay it would thaw maybe?? Mine only seemed to happen if I was riding really deep powder and it was cold overnight.

Yes, sounds like a starter relay (solenoid) alright.
When you go to install the new one, I like to apply some dielectric compound to the connector that plugs in on top, it helps fight corrosion.
Also don't for get to dis-connect the ground cable from the battery first, to prevent the chances of creating a 12V arc welder with your tools!
