Got any pictures of the broken spindle. If this is a common problem it should be a recall. I have heard of them bending on snow cross racers but have yet to hear of any in our area. I took a hard hit last year into the side of a Polaris , gouged up the spindle good but no cracks that I could see. Replaced it with a good used one to be save but now I need to keep a eye on this also. I wonder if the SLP spindles are stronger 2 for the price of one Yamaha spindle.
