- Full Nytro 180 Supercharger installation instructions:
- Proper pulley installation instruction bulletin:
I have finally started my Supercharger build on my 2009 Nytro XTX.
I opened the box for the low elevation kit and started tearing the sled down.
The kit comes with ice scratchers and an extra tunnel cooler.
Also in the kit comes gearing and clutching if you sled is not geared for the Supercharger.

Day 2: Found a few extra hours to work on the Supercharger build. Still tearing the machine down. Antifreeze is now out, Throttle body's are off and the engine oil has been pulled.

Few more hours today on the build. Pulled the mag cover and added the out-put shaft for the pulleys, added the rear heat exchanger, pulled the thermostat housing and added the new coolant transfer block as we as move water temp pick-up.

Relocated the thermostat housing, relocated the starter relay, drilled blower mount hole and mounted the blower.

Another great day in the shop. I so wanted to go play in the boat today but decided to crank a few more hours on my build. I was at the shop anyway getting some things ready for Hay Days. Scott from Muffin Works popped over and gave me a hand for a few hours.
I know that Joe (Northernsledders) builds are outstanding and I am so impressed with how he lays them out for TY users but his builds are one of a kind. This Supercharger build is basically a step by step from Mountain Performance. The installation instructions are noted in the first post. I dont want to take the credit for creating the instruction I just wanted to show a few picks of how my build is coming along
Added the lines for the blow off and zip tied all the vacuum lines on the throttle bodies. Added the new new air box mount plate and reinstalled the throttle bodies back on the motor.
Mounted the oil tank for the super charger, installed oil filter and re routed the lines.
Added intake filter and pre-filter.
New Air box and blow-off valve.
Blower feed tube to air box.
Shes really coming along nice now.

Shes alive yesterday afternoon. No leaks and idled like a champ. She is ready to be buttoned up and clutched.
