nytro rtx stage 1 mpi 5 psi new clutch kit they sent me 50 g super tips blue silver blue primary spring 53/41 helix purple spring wraped at 0-1. my issue is it hits rev limited soon as u squat the trottle heels loaded with 2 tungstens and 2 washers middle empty tip empty,, then i added few grams in middle now the top rpm is down to 8400,, is my weights no good to me anyone care to chime in thanks

I agree call Allen ulmer. good guy, and knows his clutching
				
			It sounds more like a secondary spring wrap if at launch you hit the rev limiter then as it catches up your ok. Try 3/3 wrap and make sure you have the proper wind on the spring or it will bind on shift out slowing it to the primary shift

Agreed, call Allen! Sounds like you need more cam like 56/41, that will make it shift harder in the earlier part of the shift. If you are wound at 0-1 I would guess you have a pretty stout driven spring with tang's aligned? Many ways to skin a cat when it comes to clutching but I'am sure Allen could put you spot on with the first try and he won't sell you a load of crap you don't need!

Very simple fix, call MPI and order 6 of their large steel rivits, add two to each clutch weight.  I'm running same system and was also easily over revving.  Pulls like gangbusters now with no over-rev, hard to read the tach at WOT but max revs appear to 9,000.
